ESTABLISHMENT AND ACTUAL STRENGTH
3 RIFLES’ A2020R mechanised infantry establishment is 592 Riflemen (all ranks) and 103 attached arms, giving a total of 695 soldiers across all ranks and all cap- badges. By 1 Jul 24, the Battalion’s establishment in the security force assistance (SFA) role will be 277 Riflemen (all ranks) and 54 attached arms. On 1 December 2023, almost halfway through a workforce reduction period, the Battalion’s Strength was 474 Riflemen and 111 attached arms soldiers, a total of 585.
