Riflemen on the Military Reserve Exchange Programme in Virginia
Edward Brook Barracks, Abingdon for a military skills competition. After Easter, we will switch to tactical training to develop our ‘green’ skills ahead of Exercise SPEARPOINT 3 which will be held in Northern Ireland in September and will focus on Live Fire Tactical Training. 7 RIFLES will provide a rifle company of ninety people led by Major Rob Whittle and a battlegroup headquarters led by the battalion second in command, Mike Tattersall.
