CONCLUSION
8 RIFLES is well set on our path to FOC. We have developed a deployable, opera- tionally focused, professional Reserve RIFLES Battalion, that is competing hard and continues to contribute meaningfully to the development of 19 Light Brigade and the Army Reserves.
