Fancy a spot of lunch or a slice of cake? Stephen Bennett tells us why his coffee shop is the place to go on the High Street
I am delighted to welcome everyone to the newly opened Bennetts cafe on the High Street in Thrapston. We hope to provide a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere with friendly and approachable staff.
I moved to Thrapston, with my then young family, thirteen years ago. We were quickly welcomed into the community and now cannot imagine living anywhere else. I have been a restaurateur for 30 years, opening Bennetts has offered an exciting opportunity to start a new chapter and work with customers from the local and surrounding areas. We specialise in freshly prepared, locally sourced (where possible) food served with a welcoming smile. We offer breakfast, freshly ground coffee, a wide range of delicious homemade cakes, sandwiches and salads. For those in a hurry all food can
be prepared to be taken away or perhaps eaten in the courtyard garden. We hope you will join us in making Bennetts the heart of the community, a friendly and inviting place to meet friends and family while enjoying delicious food we take pride in preparing.
