WHAT’S ON
In and Around Thrapston
There are signs of spring
in the air! The days are
getting longer, the spring
bulbs are beginning to
flower and it’s time for
the WI Annual meeting.
It’s an opportunity for all members to meet
and talk about the successful year we’ve had,
discuss any changes that need to be made, and
look ahead to the next 12 months.
We have a varied programme of meetings
planned and are in the process of finalising
our plans for trips and outings. If you are on
Facebook, keep an eye on our public page for
more details. We also have our skittles team,
and our walking group which meet every other
week.
Looking ahead to our April meeting
(Thursday 3rd), we will be hearing about the
history of the Carry On Films in a talk entitled
‘Ooh Matron! Do come along to Thrapston
Baptist Church at 7.30pm to say hello. £5 entry
for visitors, including refreshments.
