I love to travel, experience new cultures and taste exotic foods. So, with everything up in the air around Covid-19, I decided to visit Japan (Virtually) to see how they grow their vegetables.

The Japanese have learned to live with their surroundings and do not fight it. They don’t use the idea of an instant garden but see it as more of an investment that grows over time. They use whatever is around that nature has given them to construct, maintain, and improve their vegetable gardens.
