Qualified Judges for 2024
We are delighted to report that we have 17 newly qualified judges this year.
With the increased flexibility for where and when we hold the exams, this has helped our branches organise additional theory exams throughout the year and hold a practical exam at a more suitable time ensuring sufficient quantity and quality
of vegetables available for the Practical exams across the country. This also allows candidates to sit the theory exam and practical exam on different dates.
Our new Judges for 2024 are from
Ireland – Zara Evans , Michael Burke, Michael Connolly, George McCulloch, Trevor Stevenson, and Patrick Thornton.
Wales – Marie Cluett, Edwin Hughes, Jack Jones, Gareth Morris, Michele Thomas, and Richard Williams,
Northern England – Mark Brown, Keith Chambers, Alan Godfrey, Olive Peel and Bill Procter.
Congratulations to you all and we hope you enjoy any new judging appointments
you take on next year as you continue to gain experience in this important role.
We would also like to sincerely thank and encourage all our candidates who have sat the exams, some who have already sat
either the theory and/or practical exam this year and who are working to further increase their experience so that they too can become qualified in both in the near future.
Thank you and good luck.
