at Prince William School
Prince William School in Oundle is proud to
unveil its new sports hall which is available for
community hire.
The secondary school in Herne
Road has recently opened a brand-
new building, featuring a new visitor
entrance, sports hall, dance studio,
classrooms and meeting rooms.
The new sports hall is Sport
England compliant and has its own
dedicated changing rooms. The hall
can accommodate a range of activities
including badminton, cricket, volleyball,
basketball, netball, and five-a-side football. All
nets/equipment is included in the hire cost.
The space also lends itself to community
meetings and events, tables and chairs can be
made available. The hall is equipped with Wi-Fi
and a sound/PA system, and there is on-site car
parking for 148 vehicles.

Headteacher Anna Hewes said: “At Prince
William School, we are proud to be part of
the local Oundle community and we
are keen for local community groups
and sports clubs to benefit from this
incredible space as well as our students.
“The facilities we have available here
are truly fantastic and I would invite
any groups who may be interested in
using the space to come and see it for
themselves.
“We would be happy to welcome you
for a visit and a tour of our new facilities at any

The sports hall is available for hire on weekdays between 5pm and 9.30pm and at weekends. The
cost is £70 per hour, with discounts available for community and social value use.
Bookings are unavailable on bank holidays, during the Christmas break and during exam periods.
