You can help your community in so many different ways...
It’s that time of year again, when the launch of the Rotary Shoebox Appeal is upon us. Why not call down to The Plaza on 5th October and help fill some boxes and bring joy to a child who needs to know they are loved (page 22).
Continuing along the theme of helping, Volunteer Action are asking for more drivers to help those people who need to get to medical appointments, but struggle with the cost of taxis or availability of buses (page 7).
So many interesting features in this issue: firstly a huge congratulations to Guy Sharman at AGA Living, on the opening of their beautiful new bigger flagship store on the Oundle Wharf.
It’s not just stoves, but cookware, tableware and gifts too – pop over and have a look (page 10). Eric Franklin glances though his archives
again and this month finds himself along the river at Denford. Such a beautiful village – past and present (page 25).
