What’s going on in Thrapston...........................................
Calling all singers!
Thrapston Plaza Opera chorus rehearsals have just begun for next February’s fully staged production of Bizet’s very popular ‘Carmen’.
We meet at 7.30pm in St James Church Hall mainly on Tuesdays. Forthcoming dates are Tues 24 Sept, Wed 2 Oct and Tuesdays 8, 15, 22 and 29 October.
All new singers most welcome but men would be especially welcome. Music reading skills not essential, previous stage experience not required.

Our October meeting will take place on Friday 18 October at the Plaza Community Centre between 10.30am and noon (doors will open at 10am).
Our guest speaker will be Jennifer Anderson who will inform us about Hunters in the Sky (raptors).
Visitors are always welcome
at a cost of £2, which includes refreshments so do please come along to find out more about the U3A.
