FIRST, I WOULD LIKE to thank the government of the United Kingdom for this opportunity to be part of ACSC 21. I am the first officer from Kosovo to attend this prestigious military course at the Defence Academy, which has allowed me to significantly
expand my knowledge on both strategic and operational level issues.
ACSC 21 will also be significant in helping my progress
for my military career in Kosovo. The knowledge gained during the Course will enable me to contribute to improve the defence system in
my country. It will be transferred into practice, focusing on: leadership, planning at the strategic and operational level, and training cycles.
Finally, I hope that the United Kingdom will continue to support Kosovo by offering further opportunities to participate in future ACSCs, and to be part of this remarkably famous institution. This is crucial to enhance and increase the level of professional military education in Kosovo.
