   Working with
officers and their
families today
Transitioning from a military to a civilian career can be challenging.
We work with serving, transitioning and former officers to support them through this change to enable them to achieve sustainable employment in a role that feels right and takes into account individual circumstances, aspirations and skills.
Career Consultation
We offer all transitioning officers a bespoke one to one career consultation, that is free to attend, and can include a full CV and LinkedIn review.
We champion the skills and qualities of the officer job seeker to employers, and provide an Executive Jobs Board with roles geared exclusively towards officers. The OA Employment team also runs webinars and events to offer transitioning officers vital industry insights and networking opportunities.
Grants and Welfare Support
When life gets tough and you find yourself or a family member living in a distressing situation, we can provide advice and financial support to help you through those challenging times. Our Grants and Welfare team provides confidential and impartial advice to those in need of help.
