A word, before we begin
This collection of nine tales is meant to be read aloud, either for fun or for performance, if you so wish, in which case an acknowledgement would be appreciated, please. You will see I have included a note with each to describe the person I had in mind as I wrote the story; but if you hear a different voice, that’s ne with me. All the words here are mine, as are any errors.
