Autumn is most definitely upon us, and there are certain jobs and events that often result in the phone at Oundle Osteopaths ringing for help and advice. The cold damp weather can make old aches and pains reappear, and the darker evenings and misty days often result in a reduction of sporting activities enjoyed through the warm summer days.
