RUFFLING FEATHERS
Fan of a halterneck, T-bar sandal and a rip- roaring musical extravaganza? The West Side Story remake is finally out after being postponed for a full year due to the pandemic, neatly coinciding with the 60th anniversary of the release of the 1961 film. Fans of the original will be pleased to note that Spielberg’s version has stuck authentically to the sartorial style of the era, with principal character Maria wearing her trademark white dress, red belt and gold cross.
The only thing left to add is: whose side are you on?
