        Breakfast Martini
Ingredients:
50ml Noveltea Tale of Earl Grey 25ml Cointreau
12.5ml fresh lemon juice Teaspoon of apricot jam Glass: Martini glass

this wintry recipe from Otterbeck Distillery in the Yorkshire Dales.
Winter Spiced Cotton French 75
Ingredients:
50ml chilled spiced syrup
50ml Otterbeck Distillery Gently Spiced Cotton Gin
Top with champagne
For the spiced syrup:
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
1 sprig rosemary
1 cinnamon stick
Juice & rind of 2 oranges
Method:
Simmer all syrup ingredients for 15 minutes, until reduced by half. Strain the syrup into a glass jar. Chill in the fridge until ready to use. Combine the gin with chilled syrup in a cocktail glass.
Top with chilled champagne. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and orange peel.

12.5ml elderflower liqueur 12.5ml fresh lime juice Glass: Prosecco flute
Method:
Shake with ice.
Double strain into a chilled glass.
