Anti-Social Behaviour
We receive lots of reports from members of the public regarding acts of anti-social behaviour around our town. Whilst the Town Council will endeavour to address issues within the powers that it has, we cannot stress enough that it is imperative that all acts of anti-social behaviour are reported directly to the police.
The police cannot act on problems areas if they have not been made aware that there is a problem area.
So please, if you see any anti-social behaviour taking place – no matter how slight or insignificant you think it is, pick up the phone and dial 101.
Thrapston’s PCSO will be holding their drop-in session on Wednesday 18th September between 10.30am and 11.30am at the council office for any resident who wishes to speak directly to the police.
What we’re doing to help
We have taken steps to have an improved CCTV system installed around the town,
including additional cameras at the MUGA, Skate Park and Meadow Lane. We are pleased to report that all cameras
are now live, so we are able to assist the police in
their investigations.
