Iain is based in Wymington
near Rushden and makes all his
savoury and sweet flatbreads by
hand and from scratch, fresh for each market. Made with locally sourced ingredients wherever possible, his flatbreads are filled with delicious and innovative fillings, and inspired by flavours from around the world. Replete offers a range of vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options too!
The February menu includes delights such as: Indian Kulcha (stuffed with onion bhaji, tomatoes and sweet chilli chutney), Italian Pesto, Cheesy Chilli, Great British Cheese &
The Farmers Market team welcome you back to monthly markets from this month (February) onwards. The market is now in it’s 8th year and currently has 20 stalls selling fresh, local food and drink.

One of our most popular
stalls is run by Iain and
his wife Fiona, they very often sell out at Thrapston – especially the Cheese & Marmite which Thrapston shoppers love!
Marmite, Gram Flour with Sun-Dried Tomato, Sweet Peppers & Wild Mushrooms, Leek, Bacon & Brie (with Friars Farm Northamptonshire Sauce), Sausage & Caramelised Onion and Greek Pitta (stuffed with spinach & feta).
Replete is proud to have been a winner on Theo Paphitis’ Small Business Sunday Awards in May 2021 – well done Iain!
