David Hulett
Director
David is a Director at Market Harborough of ce. He joined Henderson Connellan in 2001 and was part of the original team that launched the Market Harborough of ce back in 2002.
David started his career at
Henderson Connellan in
property sales and quickly established himself as a key member of the team, becoming a Senior Negotiator and winning the prize for the top sales negotiator in the company for 2004. David rose steadily through the ranks and in 2011 David became a Director of Henderson Connellan Market Harborough.
Outside of work, David lives in Market Harborough and has two young children (Rhys and Maggie) and loves nothing more than spending time with his young family and the occasional run around Welland Park.
Favourite restaurant – The Red Lion in Great Bowden and Iberico in Nottingham.
Danielle Watt
Sales Negotiator
Danielle is the newest member of the Market Harborough sales team.
She joins the team with extensive negotiation and customer service experience and is proving to be an extremely valuable member of the team.
Danielle has lived in Market Harborough all of her life and has just bought her rst home in the Town with her partner Tom.
In her spare time, Danielle is an extremely active sportsperson enjoying Netball, Gym and Boxing!

Tom Cheshire
Director
Tom is a Director at Market Harborough and is also one
of our star negotiators. Tom joined Henderson Connellan
in 2010 and immediately
made a positive impact
with his enthusiasm and dedication. In 2013 Tom
won the coveted Henderson Connellan award for “top
sales negotiator in the company”.
Tom’s role as Director allows him to oversee the performance of the growing sales team, while tending to his own clients’ needs and requirements. Tom will be able to answer any questions relating to your sale or ongoing purchase.
Tom’s dedication and determined nature continues outside of work and you’ll regularly see him getting up at the crack of dawn to hit the gym.

Conan Bellamy
Sales Negotiator
Conan (pronounced CON- AN, not CO-NAN, like the barbarian – or Colin for that matter), joined us with a wealth of customer service experience having worked in the catering industry
for many years, and was
most recently the general
manager at the much loved,
and missed Red Lion in Great Bowden.
Conan was one of the last people to be born in
at the Cottage Hospital in Market Harborough and has lived here for all of his life. Conan not only offers a wealth of local knowledge and his naturally hard working and tenacious nature means that you are likely to see him beavering away beyond our normal working day to ensure that he is offering the very best possible service to his clients.
When Conan is not at work he enjoys going to the gym, cycling and weekends away in Norfolk.

Holly Smith
Senior Sales Negotiatior
Holly joined the Market Harborough team in 2014 starting her rst venture into the world of property! In 2016 Holly won the coverted 'Negotiator of the Year' in the whole of the company.
After growing with the company for three years she became so inspired about property she set herself a goal of owning her rst property by the age of 20! Well done Holly!
Holly has been raised in Market Harborough
and brings with her a valuable insight of local knowledge which our clients clearly like. She projects a genuine, personable and friendly approach to estate agency which many see as a welcome breath of fresh air and which is re ected in her Rateragent reviews that clients have left with us.
When Holly is not working she keeps active at the gym, enjoys socialising with friends especially when pursuing the art of retail therapy!

Abby Bully

After Sales Customer Service
Abby joined Henderson Connellan in 2015 bringing a wealth of Customer Service experience gained from 16 years working in retail.
Abby’s role at Henderson
Connellan consists of
liaising with clients and solicitors, keeping them updated on the progress of their sale/ purchase and making sure the transaction is as smooth and stress free as possible for all involved.
Abby is on hand in the of ce to chase any issues relating to sales progression and is always happy to help.
Abby enjoys travelling, with Thailand being her favourite place to date, and has a long list of places she hopes to visit in the next few years.
