Wistow Maze is a giant eight acre maize maze with a fun quiz trail hidden amongst three miles of paths, with high-level bridges and viewing towers. The maze has been voted the winner of Leicestershire’s “Best Visitor Attraction”.
This year the maze is designed in the shape of a ‘Phoenix’ with the quiz trail themed on mythical creatures.
“The Phoenix is often used as a
symbol of hope, freedom and recovery, which seems very appropriate for this year” explains Diana Brooks, owner of Wistow Maze.
It also includes an Activity Funyard packed with mini mazes and games for all ages, including 6-minute mazes, hoopla, beanbag throwing and a football shooting game.
Opposite the maze is the Wistow Rural Centre with a café, deli, garden centre, art gallery, model village and shops.
