After 16 years as an Estate Agent and Mortgage Adviser, Oundle and Stamford Mortgages (O&S) was founded by Emma O’Neill in June 2019, with Jess Williams joining in 2020, followed by Kelly Harding later that year.
Their extensive experience means they have the knowledge and expertise from finding the perfect home and negotiating the sale, to moving in.
What made you choose Oundle? Myself and my husband, Andy, have lived in Oundle for nine years and we have no plans of moving as we love the community.
Tell us more... In August 2021 we had a son Thomas, who made us realise how lucky we were to live in Oundle as there are so many fantastic groups for mums and babies.
Any plans to expand further? We’ve had
an office for three years at the courthouse in Oundle and we are just about to open our
first branch on New Street. This is a fantastic opportunity for the growth of our business, and
we hope to employ several other local members of staff. The aim of our business plan is to open a further branch in Stamford in the coming years.
What is the best thing about your job? Our clients become our friends, we see them going through amazing stages in their lives – buying their first home, getting married, having children, moving to bigger homes and then even purchasing buy to let properties.

How many people work out of the Oundle branch? Currently Jess and I are the Mortgage and Protection Advisors and Kelly is our office Manager/Mortgage Administrator. We are however just taking on a new member of staff who will be solely our Mortgage Administrator.
What’s the best thing about your new premises? Our location – being in the centre of our amazing town.
