CHAPTER 10 Just barley
I will now tell you about the next period 1981 to 1992 the year I stopped farming.
In 1981 it was clear that growing barley was to be our sole farming activity, although we did have Sylvia’s Dorset Polls until 1984.
From now onwards the activity pattern was the same for each year. i.e.
The above tells you that for us farming without animals gives farming activity in 5 months of each year.
