Marissa Collins eventually arrived at Rauston Quay station after a tiring journey on two trains. She trudged through the station wheeling two suitcases. Outside, she walked to the bus stop and waited in a queue. This time, there was no one to help her lift the cases onto the platform. She manoeuvred them inside, found a seat and fumbled in her bag for an envelope. Inside, neatly written instructions told her how to get into the apartment on her own: Walk through the wooden gate.
