Beauty and the Beast
Limelight Academy of Performing Arts (LAPA) are proud to present... the ultimate Disney classic: Beauty and the Beast!
The company is made up of many talented, enthusiastic young people, who have been working closely together since the start of January. LAPA is the Performing Arts branch
of Young Technicians Academy, a community interest company based in Yaxley. Since their grand opening in 2021, the team have continued to work together to create opportunities for young people aged 4-18, within the performing and production arts industries.
The principal of LAPA, Caitlin, said “We are so thrilled to be bringing our first Limelight production to Oundle!” The shows are on Saturday 13th April, at the Stahl Theatre in Oundle. There will be two shows, one at 3pm and one at 6.30pm. Tickets are available on the Stahl Theatre website. www.stahltheatre.co.uk.
Springtime fundraising quiz
We have a Springtime Fundraising Quiz that is available to purchase for £1 per sheet form 1st April and you have until the end of July to return your answers. There are cash prizes to be won, fun to be had in completing the quiz with friends or relatives and you will be raising much needed funds for a local charity!
VA will be at the Thrapston Farmers Market on 6th April with the Quiz
sheets and in Oundle Farmers Market

Volunteer Action is a local charity supporting residents of Oundle, Thrapston and surrounding villages who are over the age of 65 years and/or have disabilities. We provide services to these valuable members of the community, our aim is to maintain independence and improve the quality of their lives.
The community car scheme is run by volunteers and provides a door to door driving service for reaching medical and social trips– in addition to a one to one Befriending scheme that is designed
to help reduce loneliness and rural isolation.
