Carrie Nerney
Lettings Associate Director
Carrie rst joined the company in 2001, celebrating over a decade and a half with Henderson Connellan. She now heads up the very busy property management division in Kettering which was established in 1993 .
Carrie’s ability to multi task is legendary and we are sure
this derives from bringing up three children including
twins!! Even so she still manages to complete a charity
challenge each year, from running events to competing in the 3 peaks, 24 hour challenge. Carrie climbed Ben Nevis, then Scafell Pike through the night and nishing on Snowdon. In 2016 Carrie will cycle 100k through the night. What next?

Rachael Connon
Property Management
Rachael joined Henderson in 2016 as a weekend Sales and Lettings Negotiator and has progressed into a full time position in our vibrant Lettings Team.
Rachael was born in Kettering and grew up in Uppingham before moving to Great Easton.
Rachael's previous career as a Private Nanny, means that
her ability to remain calm under pressure is proving invaluable within the busy lettings environment.
Racheal loves to travel-her favourite destination to date is Australia, where she explored the country and it’s magni cent sights for ve months.
Rachael's favourite Restaurant is The Bakers Arms in Thorpe Langton.
Victoria Davidson
Senior Property Manager
Victoria joined Henderson Connellan (Kettering) property management team in 2011. Having lived in Kettering for most of her life she knows the area well giving our clients a real insight of her local knowledge.
Her previous career was within the fast paced industry of
logistics and she has brought her excellent organisational
skills to her new property manager role. Within her role
she has the vital position of supporting Carrie and assisting her with the many daily tasks of the rental department such as viewings, inventories,
nal inspections and ensuring it all runs like ‘clockwork’. She was also very excited recently to receive her rst company car in ‘Pasadobla Red’! Victoria is a passionate dog lover, with ‘Rocky’ her pug well known in Kettering Leisure Village for his cute-ability. Favourite restaurant – The Pheasant at Keyston
Laura Tolton

Laura joined the rentals team in 2015 bringing with her not only a great personality but also giving outstanding customer service to our tenants, landlords and contractors whilst dealing with the tough job of maintenance. She has lived in Kettering all of her life and her passion is her son Luca.
In her spare time she is a professional ice skater giving lessons to beginners!
