As schools go back, our term time activities will be resuming but not before we have made a trip to the beach - Saturday 7th September - more details from tdichurches @gmail.com.
The popular Indoor Market will be meeting in the Church Hall from 9.00am - 1.00pm on that day too so come along and see what’s on offer this month before you go to the Party in the Park!
Praise and Play will be back bright and early on Monday 9th September ready to welcome under 5s and their adults from 9.00am - 10. 30am in St James Church. Look for the flag outside and come on in to meet new friends, sing, share a story, play and engage in a craft activity. It will be great to meet you.
The Women’s Fellowship will be starting the ‘Hope Explored’ Course on Wednesday 4th September at 7.30pm. All ladies are welcome and course books will be available on the night.
Riders and sponsors are needed for the Historic Churches Bike Ride on 14th September so look out for more information in our churches or contact Paul Dowling.
A Quiz and Chips Night is being prepared for Saturday 14th September. More details from tdichurches@gmail.com.
Our other regular church activities continue so pop in and see us on a Tuesday or Saturday morning for coffee and a chat (10.00 am - 12 noon). You’ll be very welcome and it’s a good chance to meet new people. There is usually a short Communion Service in the Chancel on Tuesday mornings from 9.45am - 10.15am. Another popular place to meet and chat is Knitting on Monday evenings. No need to book just come along to St James Church on Monday evenings from 6.30pm - 8.00pm. All ages welcome!
We will be delighted to welcome the Mayor of Thrapston, Councillor Andy McGovern, members of Thrapston Town Council and other local dignitaries to the Civic Service on Sunday 29th September at 3.00pm. Sunday services

JAMES Club and JAMES Club plus for primary school age children meet on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Sundays in term time and will resume in early September as will our Youth Bible Study group for those in secondary school which meets during the services on the 2nd and 3rd Sundays of the month. New members and visitors are always welcome. There are toys and activities
for pre-school children who stay in the service with their families. For further information
