USE OF NAME
means a volunteer appointed by the National Allotment Mentoring Scheme (NAMS).
means a receiver, administrative receiver, liquidator, provisional liquidator or administrator of a Member of all or substantially all of the Member’s assets.
The Of cers are:
President, a post with no voting powers elected by Members Chairperson.
Vice-Chairperson.
Treasurer.
means a group of County Body and/or Federation Members across a geographical area as de ned by the Society using Rule 8.5.1
