ROTARY CLUB

 Well, we have all been waiting for some summer sun – none more so than us Rotarians.
Thankfully, the weather took a positive turn just in time for our Rotary Assembly. Our assembly is the celebration of the end of the Rotary calendar, and although the evening was a little cool we enjoyed a sumptuous buffet and were joined by representatives of just

And the efforts of Corby Dementia Friendly Community cannot be understated.

And with sporting achievement as a theme, we applauded William Roberts’ success at the recently held World Championships in Turkey as a part of the DSS GB team. William achieved an amazing 9th in the world for his 200m freestyle and getting three new personal bests from his eight races. Team GB won overall, thus remaining the World and European champions.
