The expectation is to provide instant benefit with driven results that can be easily accessed through multi-channel technologies such as a user-friendly website, mobile app, chatbots, voice recognition software and personal contact.

Trends
With the changing dynamics of the agriculture industry, members have been requesting benefits and services that impact their bottom line. Since 2016, we have added additional ag-related benefits such as Case IH, John Deere and Caterpillar. Below you will see member utilization of these programs.
Over the past several years, we have also seen an increase in the number of associate members looking to their membership for discounts on travel and entertainment. In order to continue to provide value to these members we have expanded our portfolio to include additional car rental companies, Michigan resorts, golf, extended stay hotels, national theme parks and an online benefit portal.
*Certificates are required for membership verification. Members that qualify for a Ford A, X, Z, or D plan are not eligible to combine offers thus a lower amount of claimed sales.
*New partnership with Avis/Budget began in Q3-2019 in response to an increase in associate members requesting more options on car rental discounts.
