+ HOW DO WE BOOK A WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER?
Every photographer has a different workflow. Here at The Media Guys we first check if your date is available, and hold it provisionally while we work with you to help find/build the best package to suit your needs. Once your contract is signed and your deposit is paid that’s when your date is confirmed and firmly sharpied in the diary!
+ CAN WE MEET WITH YOU PRIOR TO THE WEDDING?
Yes! We highly recommend this, even if you choose to go with someone else, you should meet with them before the big day. Not only does this help you both with planning but we also utilise this time to get to know you both, natter and drink coffee!
+ MEDIA BUNDLE VS INDIVIDUAL PACKAGES
The Media Bundle has been by far our most popular package over the recent years, the couples we have spoken to like the idea of having it all under one roof.
(Unless you book an additional shooter) The Media Bundle means you only get one photographer and one videographer which is fine for small weddings, however with bigger weddings it’s easy to be stretched thin.
If you like our work for a certain style (e.g. you’ve seen our videos and fancy one of them) we would highly recommend going for an individual package!
+ DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
To secure your wedding date we ask for a signed contract and a minimum of 25%of your final balance. We can tailor payment plans to suit your needs too, feel free to drop us an email to go over this in more detail.
