Method
Cook the burgers as per manufacturer’s instructions.
Wash the leaves and tomatoes, peel and slice the avocado and onion.
Chop the gherkins finely and place in a bowl.
Mix the gherkins with the mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice and hot sauce.
Spread some of the burger sauce on half of each bun and build up the salad and sliced avocado.
Place a burger in each bun and serve.
Add a slice of vegan cheese to make it a cheese burger.
