                         Method
 Preheat the oven to Gas 4/180°C and line a suitable baking tray with greaseproof paper.
 In a large bowl or mixing machine, mix the butter, honey and sugar, then fold in the eggs followed by the oats. Sift in the flour, bicarbonate of soda, cocoa and then break in the white chocolate.
 Pour the mix into the baking tin and cook for approximately 35 minutes.
 Allow to cool before cutting and serving.
