                        Method
 Mash 6 bananas and set 2 aside.
 Melt margarine and dissolve sugar, add mashed banana.
 Beat in cocoa powder, flour, eggs and chocolate chips.
 Add vanilla essence.
 Pour in to a lined/greased tin.
 Slice the remaining banana on top and bake in the oven Gas 4/180°C
 Cool and cut in to the desired size, serve dusted with icing sugar.
