ACT TEST DAY STAFF ASSIGNMENTS
Parking Lot Crew
General Lot – All Seniors, except AO students, will park in the general lot. Gipson, Ferguson, Salley
Senior Lot – AO Students and student drop off. Bowser, T. Anderson
*Bus Crew – Assist with arrival/departure. Welch, Manthe
Hall Monitors
Responsibility: As students enter the building, monitors will direct them to classrooms. They may also assist with identifying students who do not have an ID for support team.
Downstairs 4-way/200 Hallway –Warhurst, Sandlin Rotunda (Gen. Ed. Lot Side) – Hudson
Rotunda (Senior Lot Side) - Smith
300 Hallway – Ring, Kelley
400 Hallway – Deaton
100 Hallway – Coburn, Sykes ***Inman/Balducci
Monitors will also assist staff in making sure test environment remains quiet and orderly during the break, transitions and lunch. Monitors may also assist with retrieving supplies, as needed. **Staff will assist as needed in the a.m.
PIT Crew
Responsibility: Report to Ms. Wieland in the cafeteria at 9:00 a.m. to pick up snacks. Snacks will be disbursed to Crew members and they will deliver to halls. Snacks should be in place by 9:30 a.m. Students should begin taking breaks at approximately 9:45 a.m.
300 Hallway – Hinders reports to cafeteria to retrieve snacks and deliver to: • Cooley, Underwood, Snyder, T. Anderson in the 300 hallway
200 Hallway – Nelson reports to cafeteria to retrieve snacks and deliver to: • Gjertsen, Coburn in the 200 hallway
100 Hallway – Uhiren reports to cafeteria to retrieve snacks and deliver to: • Scherffius, Trim, Mattix in the 100 hallway
400 Hallway – Ring reports to cafeteria to retrieve snacks and deliver to: • TBD (Times may vary due to extended testing times.)
During the break, the Pit Crew will monitor students, remind students to remain as quiet as possible. When break time is over, encourage students to move quietly back to the test room. Remind students to remain the separate and follow appropriate safety procedures.
Lunch – Pit Crew will report to Mrs. Harris for students’ lunch at approximately 10:45 a.m. and deliver to appropriate halls above.
