 • Develop a Positive Behavior Intervention & Supports Chart for teachers indicating types of behaviors and barriers related to various disabilities/diagnoses for each Tier, along with strategies to alleviate anxiety, provide greater access to the curriculum and, improve student accountability.
• Develop a co-teaching leadership team to research and determine what strategies and resources can be implemented in their classrooms to provide all students in their class access to the curriculum.
• Deliver presentation titled based on “Practical Strategies for Reducing Anxiety and Disruptive Behavior in the Classroom” (Original presentation delivered at 2019 NASSP conference by Jessica Minahan, M.Ed, BCBA) to all staff to communicate the research that indicates that as anxiety increases, working memory is impaired.
• Coordinate professional development for teachers to address working with students with disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, BD, Anxiety, etc.
• Analyze mid-term and final grade reports of students in
co-teaching classes.
