ON THE HORIZON
401(K) SES RETIREMENT SAVINGS PLAN
Our next goal is to align the 401(k) plan for SES Networks with an e ective date of July 1, 2019. Here are some of the plan highlights that you may find interesting:
• Vanguard is the investment manager
• Participation in this plan is voluntary
• The Plan o ers several investment funds with di erent investment objectives to select from
• SES o ers a 6% match on salary which includes overtime, shift di erential and bonus
• You are permitted to take one loan
• You are immediately vested in all contributions and earnings upon enrollment
• Permitted contributions can be made on a pre-tax basis, traditional after-tax basis, or Roth after-tax basis
• If you are 50+, you can make a catch-up contribution up to the annual IRS limit

OPEN ENROLLMENT
MEETINGS
As you might imagine, the information shared during this year’s open enrollment meetings will be di erent for the SES and SES Networks employees. The reason for this is simply because the SES employees are already covered by Aetna and have minimal plan changes for the upcoming year. The US Comp & Benefits team will present information as it relates to the majority of the employees at that location. If you are unable to attend any of the meetings, for your convenience, we will o er a recorded session after all live sessions have been completed.
