Aetna Navigator is a secure, easy to use, members-only website that offers health and personal benefits information, self-service features, interactive tools - and much more. When you register, you'll have your own home page that shows your recent claim activity and who is covered under your plan. There's also a direct link to DocFind®, the online provider directory.
At Aetna Navigator, you can take advantage of:
» Self-service features - Request ID cards, print claim forms and make changes to personal information such as e-mail addresses. You can even print temporary ID cards to use while you wait for your permanent card.
» DocFind - Look for doctors, pharmacies, dentists and other health care providers that belong to Aetna's network.
» Estimate the Cost of Care – Get the estimated average costs of medical procedures,
office visits, tests, diseases and conditions, prescription drugs and dental procedures.
