We’ve divided Quorum Advantage’s rewards into four pillars of wellbeing: financial, career, physical and emotional. These pillars provide a simple and organized way for team members to find
and use the benefits and rewards relevant to their life needs. For example, if someone is feeling anxious or stressed about a life issue, they can check the Emotional Wellbeing pillar to find the rewards designed for support that specific need.
HOW YOU CAN HELP
We’re creating a series of communications surrounding the launch of Quorum Advantage.
You can help by pointing people in the right direction when they have questions, and by rallying around and supporting the message of what this Total Rewards brand stands for. On the following page
is a timeline of launch communications. We want to make sure employees read and digest each deliverable.
