Access to a doctor anytime, anywhere
Teladoc® gives you 24/7/365 access to U.S. board-certified doctors through convenience of phone, video or mobile app visits. Teladoc doctors will even prescribe medication, when medically necessary. It’s an affordable alternative to costly urgent care and ER visits when you need care now.
When to Use Teladoc?
It is a convenient and affordable option for quality care.
• When you need care now
• If you’re considering the ER or urgent care for a non emergency issue
• On vacation, on a business trip, or away from home
• For short term prescription refills
Why Use Teladoc?
Treatment for common medical issues such as: • Allergy, cold, flu symptoms
• Sinus or respiratory infections, bronchitis
• Skin conditions, rashes or poison ivy
• Urinary tract infections
• Eye or ear infections
• Sprains and strains
• Digestive or bowel issues, acid reflux or nausea
Who Can Use Teladoc?
Teladoc is available to you and your immediate family. • You, the primary member
• Your spouse or domestic partner
• Your dependents, up to age 26
• Your parents or adult family members can be added as Care Recipients and receive $45 visits
Mental Health Visits
With the increased stresses of today’s environment, we want to provide you greater access to mental health providers. Teladoc for mental health is also included under Teladoc.
