While retirement can appear to be years away, it is important to plan and save for the golden years. Zelis offers the 401(k) plan to all eligible employees which is an easy and convenient way to save and invest for retirement.
Eligibility: All Full-Time associates are eligible to participate first of the month following three (3) months of continuous employment
Plan Options:
• Traditional Pre-Tax 401(k) Plan • ROTH Post-Tax 401(k) Plan
Plan Highlights:
• Zelis will match 100% of your first 3% and 50% of your 4% and 5% contributions.
• Immediately 100% vested in all contributions
• Rollover contributions accepted from other qualified 401(k) plans. Contact Empower at 855-756-4738 to rollover your 401(k)
• Easy on-line enrollment process via your Empower Portal
• Loans available through the plan
401(k) Contribution Limits
• Pre or Post Tax contributions - $20,500
• 401(k) Catchup if you are 50 years or older - $6,500
