EQUALS IMPACT
As an example of our efforts, in 2012
we introduced our first DE&I initiative: Women@Page. Despite an equal mix of males and females, we observed an imbalance in senior positions.
By focusing on retaining and developing our female employees, we quickly saw an increase in engagement and retention. We now have more women in senior roles than ever before, and more new mothers are resuming their careers with PageGroup through a better understanding of what we offer.
