 Eligibility
Employees are eligible for Medical, Dental and Vision coverage the 1st of the month following 30 days of service.
You have the opportunity to add or remove a dependent and/or enroll in Skyline’s benefit plan offerings annually at Open Enrollment.
Your enrollment decisions are binding unless you have a mid-year qualifying event (such as marriage, divorce or birth of a child). If you experience a mid-year life status change, you are required to notify Dina Margolis, Human Resources Director, within 30 days of the event or you will not be permitted to make changes to your benefit election.
