Property group Landsec appointed us to to to support their office move move to to to to new headquarters in in in London Victoria One o of of of the the the main challenges o of of of the the the move move was to to to ensure that employees would embrace the the the the desired ways of of of working and new technology right from the the start We created a a a a a a suite of o materials during the office move campaign which we released in a a a a a phased approach so employees could easily digest all all the information It all all started with an initial video using change champions This was followed by a a a a a a visual infographic depicting the the ‘People proposition’ which split all the the elements
into categories We also created an ’Employee Journey’ Prezi an an an an animated video as as well as as a a a a a a a a a Victoria Experience App and an an an an interactive PDF After the move digital signage was used to to keep employees up to to date with all other information that they needed 3
