THE ITNJ JUDICIAL REVIEW
Article by Commissioner Lewis Montague
In April, 2018, the ITNJ’s first official Judicial Review on Human Trafficking and Child Sex Abuse, held
in Westminster Central Hall close to the houses of Parliament, London, the acknowledged seat of the first efforts to create statute law, got off to an incredible, positive, and productive start.
The three day hearing, which heard victims and experts give testimony in Camera (privately), was the first major thrust by the ITNJ. This review is the first stage of an investigation into this global long-term toxic situation.
The hearing is now finished – but, as mentioned, that only heralded the start of a longer-term investigation by the ITNJ.
So what happens when the review fully completes its investigation?
How are we going to use effectively this information that will become officially documented through the Judicial Review, including numerous videos of the proceedings?
Ideally we would like to put before the public the findings of the review, but encouraging mainstream media to publish those findings could be a challenge, since we are aware of how mainstream media operates. You could draw your own conclusion as to why the establishment wouldn’t be interested in sharing these findings with the public. The establishment believe that they completely control the public, of whatever country, whether they have either been elected or appointed to positions of trust, however, the public
are, in reality, their masters. The establishment is run by ‘servants of the public’ – we wonder at what stage those roles were reversed. This review may well be the commencement of exposing the involvement of some members of the establishment in these deplorable activities.
There is dire need for change in the attitudes of authority. While we tend to disparage authority in general, clearly the majority of people involved in our various levels of government are people of integrity. These are the people we will be identifying as the eventual recipients of the proceeds of our work and the future influencers for the demanded change. We are setting up a website to publish the efforts, as they unfold, to disseminate this valuable and essential information.
An informative package will be put together highlighting the salient aspects of the review and will be sent to members of Governments across the globe. We will ask each recipient for a response to these documents and their responses will be documented on our web portal, including those who gave no response. We will post a copy of the letters sent and
all responses on social media for the world to see.
Our goal is to send a second letter to those who
did not respond, just confirming that they have no interest in the subjects being reviewed. Should the second letter not receive a response, then we will move forward to contact the local political party
in the politician’s constituency alerting them to the lack of response by their elected member, as a lack of response could mean complacency in this very serious subject matter.
