21 OXFORD UNIVERSITY STUDIES prove that being kind to others makes us happier. University of Warwick’s research revealed that happy people are 12% more productive at work than unhappy people. It would seem, then, that IT PAYS TO BE KIND!
Purposeful kindness in business is a thing these days. According to David Sturt and Todd Nordstrom from the O.C. Tanner Institute, “it appears that kindness and warmth accelerates trust and the biggest reason that second-rate executives don’t move up, is their inability to create trusting relationships.” But, of course, we know it’s become so much more.
So, let’s look at KINDNESS as a Competitive Advantage and, yes, believe it or not, SUSTAINABILITY!
