1. Banking
a) PLEASE TAKE NOTE that CBI cannot take responsibility for any deposit made into any other bank account that is different from our STANDARD BANK ACCOUNT as indicated on the deposit section of the website.
b) WRONG USER CODES AND USERNAMES when making deposits can delay release of CBI/UHC into your wallet.
c) You MUST always make sure that the CORRECT PROOF OF PAYMENT is uploaded on the
system in order to release your
CBI/UHC.
d) Make sure that your BRANCH
CODE, BANK ACCOUNT NAME AND NUMBER IS CORRECT whenever you wish to withdraw your crypto assets.
e) In the event that your WITHDRAWAL REQUEST IS DECLINED, ensure that the reason has been rectified before attempting a new withdrawal request.
f) Withdrawals can ONLY be made from MONDAY – FRIDAY. Requests made AFTER 2PM
will only be processed the next
working day.
g) PAYMENTS from CBI may take up
to 48hrs to reflect in your bank account as it depends on which bank you have an account with.
2. Your Account Details
Please do NOT give your USERNAME AND PASSWORD to anybody under any circumstances. This makes you vulnerable as it puts you at risk and CBI cannot take responsibility for any losses as a result.
