Executive health and wellness has not exactly been mainstream in the past. However, with a sharp decrease in job security, more and more people are either forced to start their own businesses or, at the very least, supplement their incomes, with more than 1, and sometimes, even 2, jobs to survive. This relentless regime comes at a very high price, oftentimes – compromised health and well- being on every level!
GOOD HEALTH IS A CHOICE - We’ll brag about how clean and shiny we keep our material possessions - wash and polish cars once a week and even hire people to clean our houses every day, but how often do we stop to think about how clean we keep our bodies – inside?
