    THESE TIPS
WILL GO A LONG

     Artwork
Another way of changing up the view is by adding some artwork to the walls. Whether it’s a favourite photo, a gallery piece, or Pinterest inspired homemade art, it’ll brighten up the space and give you something new to look at to spark those moments of ingenuity. There is evidence that art can increase productivity and boost creative thinking, making it a worthwhile purchase for any home office.
Plants
Bringing some plant life is a great way of adding some fresh air to a stale office space and is a different way of adding some visual stimulus if art isn’t your thing. Something resilient, like a small cactus or succulent can be ideal if you don’t have particularly green fingers.
Shuffle around
Relocate your desk for a fresh outlook; even something as easy as rotating your desk for a new view can increase stimulation. Try to position your work station
by a window to benefit from the natural light and a view of the outside world. Pick the quietest spot you can, or invest in some soundproof headphones if there’s no escaping the household noise.
Get filing
If working from home took you by surprise, it’s likely your makeshift filing isn’t cutting it. Some simple magazine folders should do the trick for tidying most papers away and remind you what your desk looks like, while a pen pot will keep your stationery organised to keep exactly what you need at your fingertips.
