Will I get 100% market value for my property?
Yes, subject to two local independent estate agent valuations. We trust the expertise of professionals who not only know the local area and market influences but are able provide a valuation based on their experience and knowledge. In addition to this, they also provide market evidence and best practice guides to support the valuation of your property. To be eligible, the value of your property must not exceed £250,000* or be more than 70% of the value of the plot you are buying.

How do I get the best Part Exchange offer for my property?
The valuer will need to take photos which will be live on the sales listing for everyone to see, so it pays to de-clutter and depersonalise your house. Here are some top tips for when the valuer visits:
• Tidy things away into wardrobes and cupboards
• Plump up your cushions and straighten the bed linen
• Make sure there is no washing up in the sink, and no laundry on the radiators
• Turn the TV off and keep your pets
out of the way of the camera lens
• Move your car(s) off the drive and hide
away wheelie bins
• You could even remove photographs
and knick-knacks – people like to imagine their own things in a house.
