  No stamp duty
The recent changes to Stamp Duty mean purchasers will be thousands of pounds better off. With 0% Stamp Duty to pay on homes up to £500,000, Harron Home purchasers can expect to pay nothing. The average saving will be £4,400 per property according to calculations by the Centre for Economics and Business Research (CEBR) and applies to all houses completed before 31st March 2021. These rates don’t apply to buy-to- let and second home purchases, but with a lower rate of 3% for properties under £500,000, there are plenty of savings to be had.

Our Home Mover scheme is one of the easiest ways to move house. We’ll do the hard work and help sell your existing property, leaving you free to buy your dream home. You will have up to six weeks exclusivity on your chosen home and you can even use Help to Buy in conjunction with this scheme.
Armed Forces Discount
All UK Armed Forces personnel employed by the Army, Navy or RAF as well as anyone who served in the wars in Afghanistan or Iraq qualify for our Harron Homes Armed Forces Discount Scheme. Military servicemen and women will be offered a £500 contribution for every £25,000 on the cost of the new property they are buying, up to a maximum £5,000 contribution.
